Little Meadow's Hereford Cattle
 


The Hereford cow is one of the oldest traditional breeds of beef cattle. The breed has the strong image of it’s white face, and red coat which makes it easily recognisable. They thrive on grassland, and have the reputation of producing a fully flavoured meat.

Beef

Our animals our naturally reared on their mother’s milk and grass. The beef is hung on the bone for three weeks producing a high quality meat that is full of flavour and extremely tender.

We sell the meat in a box scheme which contains a wide variety of cuts. Rib of beef, fillet steak and beef sausages also available to order seperately. You can also buy individual joints and cuts. We have always got some stock in the freezer.

1 x 500g braising steak
1 x 500g stewing steak

OPTION 3 Slow Cook £20
1 x 1.5kg brisket joint
2 x 500g shin of beef
2 x 500g braising steak

OPTION 4 Steaks £20
2 x sirloin steaks (250g/8oz each approx)
2 x rump steaks (250g/8oz each approx)
2 x fillet steaks (250g/8oz each approx)

We will delilver or you can collect from the farm, fresh or frozen. Seasonal offers available - please ask for details. We also attend Stratford Farmers Market.
