The Hereford cow is one of the oldest traditional breeds of beef cattle. The breed has the strong image of it’s white face, and red coat which makes it easily recognisable. They thrive on grassland, and have the reputation of producing a fully flavoured meat. Our animals our naturally reared on their mother’s milk and grass. The beef is hung on the bone for three weeks producing a high quality meat that is full of flavour and extremely tender.
We sell the meat in a box scheme which contains a wide variety of cuts. We also sell Rib of beef, fillet steak, liver, kidney and oxtail.
